Shipping and Handling Time

Orders are typically shipped within 7-14 business days.

If your order is significantly delayed, we will attempt to notify you via the email you provided.

 

Shipping and Handling Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Shipments may require more time to be delivered due to the ongoing COVID-19 impact, natural disasters, and factors outside of ZuluTails control.

Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number for those purchases that contain a ZuluTails collar. Tracking number(s) will be active within 24 hours of your shipment. Tracking is not available for tag purchases only. 

 

Damages

ZuluTails is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping.

 

Returns

ZuluTails wants our customers to have an excellent experience.  Please contact us if you are not satisfied.

ZuluTails does not accept returns on personalized collars and tags.  If your pet's Universal Pet Identifier (UPI) is incorrect or the product is defective, please contact membershipsupport@zulutails.com
